You can pay any amount upto $10,000.

Make a payment with any major Credit Card. You do not need to have a Paypal account. However, to offset Paypal's fees, we add 3.5% to the total.

Example: If you need to pay $1000 to KLS, Paypal's $35 fee is automatically added to "shipping" totaling $1035. KLS gets $1000.
